Return Policy

After approval, send the item(s) to the return address provided in our response.
- Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AfroCraftNet is not responsible for lost return packages. - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within [7–10 business days] and issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. - Exchanges
